摘要
随着车辆的不断增加,如何提高保险理赔车辆的工作效率,合理调度指挥理赔车辆就成为了一个重要的课题.论述了通过GPS/GIS/GSM/GPRS相结合实现的保险理赔车辆监控调度指挥系统的功能、特点,系统的工作原理、关键技术及软件结构.系统基于C/S结构,利用VC++6.0及MapX相结合实现.采用GPRS作为主要通信手段,达到了实时秒级定位,不仅减少了运营费用,而且方便了用户的直接参与.
With a steady increase in vehicle,how to improve the working efficiency of insurance vehicle and how to dispatch it become more and more significant.Considering this reality,the function, characteristic, theory, key technology and the software structure of the Insurance Vehicle Monitor and Dispatch System are mainly discussed,based on the combinations of the GPS/GIS/GSM/GPRS.The achievement of the Insurance Vehicle Monitor system also counts on the Client/Server frame with the Visual C++ and MapX.Moreover,this system adopts GPRS and SMS as a main way of communication and reaches an accurate orientation which has been calculated by seconds.So,it not only reduces the operating costs but also makes more convenient for customer′s direct participation.
