摘要
通过对西宁市林业建设中林业承包造林大户的现状和存在问题的分析,提出西宁林业建设中进一步促进非公有制林业持续发展对策。
The status quo and problems of unit and individual of contract forestation more were analyzed in Xining forestry construction.Sustainable development countermeasures were offered to further promotes unpublic forestry construction in Xining.
