摘要
穿刺测压是现阶段医学界公认的方法,但易引起病人的感染和大出血。为了克服这种方法的缺点,基于无创测压原理,研制了一种新型无创食管曲张静脉压力测定仪,给出了它的工作原理和整体结构。针对传感器零点漂移问题,提出了首次测量补偿法。对于采样信号中混叠的噪声,采用一系列软件和硬件抗干扰技术加以消除。实验表明该仪器的运行效果良好,可应用于临床预测曲张静脉的出血。
The invasive measurement is frequently used in clinic,but the patients can be easily infected or bleed after it.In order to improve the invasive measurement of pressure,a new device has been invented on the basis of the theory of noninvasive one.The scheme of the device is presented.An effective method has been proposed to cancel the zero shift of the sensor.In order to eliminate the interference,the antijamming countermeasure by both hardware and software has been used in the sampling process.The study demonstrates that the device performs reliably and can be used to predict the variceal bleeding in clinic.
