锦纶染色中匀染剂的选用

在锦纶染色生产中引入缓冲体系后,匀染剂的选用及用量对锦纶染色色差控制起关键作用。研究结果表明,利用缓冲体系将pH值控制在4～6.5,染浅色时,可加入匀染剂FTS T2%～3%;染中深色时可加入匀染剂TBW950.2～0.8g/L,可达到良好的匀染性和重现性。大生产时,可根据小样试验将匀染剂用量放大25%。

Based on practice, it is recognized that selection and dosage of leveling agent in nylon dyeing are key to control the color difference between bulk and laboratory samples. As a result, pH value can be controlled to 4~6.5 by use of buffering system, and add leveling agent FTS-T 2%~3% during light dyeing, and add leveling agent TBW-95 0.2~0.8 g/L during deep dyeing, so as to obtain good levelness and reproducibility. The dosage of bulk production should be increased 25% than sample dosage.
