运动性动情周期紊乱动物模型是研究运动性月经失调等病理过程所必需的模型。研究以多指标综合评定为基础,在造模过程中,各项监测指标的变化特点和规律基本符合过度训练的诊断标准。结果表明,模型具有较高的可信度和准确性。

The animal model of athletic estrous cycle dysfunction is a neccessary one to study pathologic process such as athletic menstrual irregularity,etc.This study established the model of athletic estrous cycle dysfunction based on synthetical index.It has been shown that the index changing characteristics and rules accord with diagnosis criterion of overtraining,and the model was correct and reliable.
