摘要
用紫外分光光度法研究了家蚕幼虫体中黄酮类化合物含量在品种、生长发育阶段、性别间的变化规律。家蚕幼虫体富含黄酮类化合物,其含量在蚕品种及杂交组合间存在显著差异,高低相差3.13倍;在性别间,雄蚕体高于雌蚕体;在龄期间,随龄期增大而逐渐增加;在5龄期,随生长而逐渐增加,至第3天达最高值,此后除第5天有一小波动外,随生长而逐渐下降,至成熟时又稍有上升。
Changing law of flavonoid contents in the larva of the silkworm,Bombyx mori,of different varieties,growth and development stage and sex were studied in this paper by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results revealed that there were rich flavonoids in the silkworm larva,the contents was obviously different in various varieties,highly up to 3 13 times. Male silkworm larva had a higher level of flavonoid contents than female ones. The flavonoid contents in larval stage were continually increasing from the first instar to the 5th instar. Within 5th instar,the flavonoid contents was continually increasing along with growth,and the peak was present on the 3rd day. Here after the contents was gradually decreasing except a minor fluctuation on the 5rd day and has a slight rise on maturity.
