摘要
为寻求桑树接穗资源利用的新途径,研究了采用桑树生长期止芯条接穗嫁接成活的可行性,并初步建立了单芽枝条的两削面嫁接技术。经小区试验和小规模生产实用性验证表明,该技术具有接穗采集来源丰富、随采随接、操作简单、成活率高(90%)、实用性强等特点。
In order to find new methods for the use of scion resource of mulberry , this article studies the feasibility of Scion-stopping growing grafting for mulberry in growth phase and initiate to set up the grafting technology of dual-cut wattle with single scion. Its applicability is demonstrated through experiments and production within limited scope, this technology has the characteristics of rich collection of wattles, simple operation for grafting, high survival probability (90%) and better practicability. Wattles can be grafted immediately being picked.
