高蛋白和低蛋白小麦品种的氮素吸收和运转分配差异的研究 被引量:83

摘要 本研究用4个籽粒产量相近而蛋白质含量差别较大的小麦品种进行试验,发现小麦一生吸收的氮素总量,高蛋白品种多于低蛋白品种,其中开花前的吸氮量差异不显著,而开花后的吸氮量高蛋白品种显著高于低蛋白品种.籽粒形成期间,高蛋白品种各营养器官中的氮素输出多于低蛋白品种,输出量与输出率与籽粒蛋白含量呈正相关. In this paper, four wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ) cultivars, similar in yield and different in protein content, were used. The results showed that the amount of nitrogen absorbed after anthe-sis was singnificantly correlative to grain protein content. During grain filling, the rate of exporting nitrogen from vegetale organs was higher in high protein clutivars than that in low protein cultivars. Therefore, at least, two main physiologyical factors must be considered, which are the ability of nitrogen absorption after anthesis and the rate of nitrogen transportation from vegetable organs to grain.
