摘要
以聚乙二醇单甲醚、丁二酸酐、4-氨基苯乙酮、5-乙酰基-2-氨基二苯甲酮为原料合成了以聚苯基喹啉(PPQ)为刚性链、聚乙二醇(PEG)为柔性链的“刚棒-线团”两嵌段共聚物 PPQ-b-PEC。通过 IR、~1HNMR 对其结构进行了表征,并对 PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000)在三氟乙酸/二氯甲烷稀溶液的荧光性质进行了初步研究。结果表明:1mg·ml^(-1)的PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000)(1:1氟乙酸/二氯甲烷,v/v)在459nm 作监控波长下测量的激发光谱,在430nm 处有最大发射波长,相对强度为509,PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000)可实现可见光的激发。它的最大发射波长随溶液浓度的增大发生红移,与混合溶剂的配比无关。
Rod-coil diblock copolymers of PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000) containing poly(phenylquinoline)(PPQ)as the rod block and the poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)as the coil block are designed and synthesized from methyl-PEG(Mn=2000),bu- tanedioic simple anydride 4-aminoacetophone,5-acetyl-2-aminobenzophenone.The structures and properties of PPQ-b-PEG are characterized by IR,~1HNMR and the fluoresence property of the PPQ-b-PEG copolymers in the trifluoroacetic acid/chloroform (1mg·ml^(-1) 1:1 TFA:DCM,v/v)is studied tentatively.The results show that the excition and emission peaks of the PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000)(1mg·ml^(-1) 1:1 TFA:DCM,v/v)are at 459nm and 430nm respectively,the relative intensity is 509.PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000)can be stimulated by visable light.The largest emission peaks increase when the concentration of PPQ_(3000)-b-PEG_(2000) increases.The largest emission peaks are not influenced by the proportion of solvents.
