维持性透析患者并发精神异常的临床分析

Analysis of Correlative Factors of Mental Disorders in Maintenance Dialysis Patients

目的寻找终末期尿毒症并发神经精神症状的原因。方法回顾性分析167例出现精神症状的终末期尿毒症者资料。结果出现精神异常症状的尿毒症患者以反应性精神病为主要表现,且在酸中毒、电解质紊乱、尿毒症毒素蓄积方面情况较其他尿毒症患者有明显差异。结论终末期尿毒症出现精神紊乱症状与多因素有关,治疗上应积极治疗原发病,减少并发症,选择适当的透析方式、频率。

Objective To study the correlative factors of mental disorders in maintenance dialysis. Methods The clinical materials of mental disorders in 167 patients with end-stage uremia were retrospectively analyzed. Results The dialysis patients with mental disorders were reactive psychosis; On the other hand, the uremia patients in especially severs metabolic acidosis, electrolyte disturbance, uremia toxin storage were respectively and difference than the other uremia patients. Conclusions The occurrence of mental disorders in maintenance dialysis patients is relate to multi-factors. The keyhole procedures in treatment of this disease were to manage the primary disease and complications, prevent arteriosclerosis, select suitable dialysis way and frequency and pay attention to exclude cerebrovascular organic disease.
