摘要
本文通过对目前西藏会计从业人员的年龄结构、学历水平、职称层次的现状进行分析,提出必须加强会计职业培训的力度才能有效地解决西藏会计从业人员素质偏低的问题,并根据西藏的实际情况提出了相应的对策。
This article analyzes the age structure, educational background and professional titles of the present accountants in practice in Tibet. It also points out that the problem of low quality of some Tibetan accountants in practice can only be solved effectively through further accountants professional training. Some countermeasures are proposed according to the actual situation in Tibet.
