Technology Transfer to China by FDI:A Discussion on the Present Situation

本文从技术转移的先进适用程度、扩散创新程度和价值贡献程度三个方面分析转移现状,认为我国通过外商直接投资不仅引进了一大批适合我国国情的先进适用技术,而且还产生了比较明显的技术扩散创新效应,使我国的整体技术水平提升了一个档次,但从总体上看我国仍然处在国际技术发展的生态低端,技术变迁的任务很重。

This paper analyzes the present situation of technology transfer from the extent of advanced adaptability, spread innovation and value contribution. The authors believe that China not only invites a large sum of advanced technology suitable for itself, but also yields obvious spread innovation effects by FDI, which promotes the entire technology in China to a new level. However, China is still on ecological lower level and the task for technology transfer is very arduous.
