摘要
本文通过42根腹板开孔的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢短柱段试验,分析了开孔腹板的屈曲后性能。文中讨论了孔对板内应力分布的影响及开孔板的破坏机理,初步探讨了在孔径及板的宽厚比不同时,孔边应变集中的规律。最后给出了确定开孔板极限承载能力的有效宽度b_6建议公式。
A test for 42-stub columns of cold-formed lipped cliannel with perforatedwed has been carried out to analyse the post-buckling behaviour of perforatedcompression plates. The nonuniform stress distribution before and after bucklingdue to the presence of holes and the failure mechanism of perforated platewere discussed in this paper. The laws concerning the stress concentration ofedges of holes were preliminarily studied under the different b/t ratios ofplates and the different diameters of holes. Finally a proposed formula fordetermining the effective width of a perforated plate with ultimate bearingcapacity has been given.
