摘要
应用逻辑诊断与故障树分析法对摆线针轮减速机进行了可靠性分析,用所建立的故障树判明了基本故障,确定了故障的原因与影响因素之间的逻辑关系,对该机的现场可靠性实验及定量分析,为进一步提高摆线针轮减速机的可靠性提供了理论依据。
Analyzes the reliability of cycloid speed reductor by means of the logical diagnosis andfault tree analysis method.According to the fault tree,judges the basic faults and determines thefault reasons and logical relationship among the effected reasons.Based on the reliability experi-ments in testing ground and quantitative analysis,provides the theoritical proof to improve the relia-bility of the cycloid speed reductor.
