摘要
为快速修复战时飞机表面划伤,使损伤部位不影响飞机的基本性能,保证飞机的完好率和出勤率,利用铝合金的电化学氧化机理,采用电刷镀设备,对划伤部位阳极化。研究了电刷镀设备在飞机硬铝合金构件表面划伤快速修复的可行性,提出了飞机战时铝合金阳极氧化新工艺和施工重点。结果表明采用电刷镀设备对战时铝合金表面划伤进行阳极化,而后实施喷漆的快速修复工艺简单、操作方便、成本低廉,能保证装备的完好率和部队的战斗力,把形成镀层的刷镀设备用于阳极化,既节约又充分利用了资源。
In order to rapidly repair the wounded aluminum alloy surface of aircrafts in the course of wartime and to maintain basic function of these planes,the new method has been used. This method and the technology of aluminum alloy anodizing and the more important steps in repair were introduced. The results indicate that the method is not only economic but also effective to repair the damaged surface.
