摘要
随着社会现代化的发展,人们对服务的需求日益提高,为适应这种需求,企业后勤体制改革显得十分重要并且势在必行。实施企业后勤体制改革,就要制定和坚持正确的改革目标,加强对后勤改革工作的领导,努力推进后勤服务社会化。
With the development of the society modernization, high quality of the service is being expected, Therefore it is very important for the rear service to reform its system to meet the expectation. Carrying out the reform of the enterprise rear service system should strengthen the leadership of the rear service, set up an right aim of high providing quality service to the staff, and to promote the socialization of the rear service.
