悦肝口服液对四氯化碳所致小鼠肝细胞损伤的保护作用

Protective effects of the Yuegan oral liquid for liver cells lesion induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice

[目的]探讨悦肝口服液对四氯化碳所致小鼠肝细胞损伤的保护作用.[方法]将小鼠随机分为3个组,给予相应药物,8d后处死,取肝,采用油红O染色法和亚铁氰化钾染色法分别观察中性脂肪和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性.[结果]悦肝口服液组与模型组相比较,小鼠肝小叶损伤区域缩小,肝细胞中脂滴减少,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性增强.[结论]悦肝口服液对四氯化碳所致小鼠肝细胞损伤具有保护作用.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the (protective) effects of the Yuegan oral liquid on hepatic tissue lesion induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.METHODSThe mice were randomly divided into 3 groups and (sacrificed) for 8 days after oral administrating the Yuegan oral liquid. It was observed in mice liver by oil red O stain and histochemistry that the quantity of (neutral) fat and activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).(RESULTS)Compared to the control group, the necrotic area of hepatic lobule and fat droplets of hepatic cells were decreased and SDH activity was increased in the experimental group.CONCLUSIONThe Yuegan oral liquid has protective effects for the hepatic (tissue) (lesion) induced by carbon tetrachloride.
