摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)方法制备了M型锶铁氧体SrFe12-xCrxO19(x=0~1)纳米晶材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析样品的晶体结构和相变过程,采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量样品的磁性能。结果表明,x≤0.4时,比饱和磁化强度σs变化不大,x>0.4后,σs单调下降,而矫顽力Hc在x<0.5的范围内单调降低,这对用作高密度磁记录材料是非常有利的。此外,还研究了Cr掺杂对Hopkinson效应的影响。
Hexaferrite SrCrxFe12-xO19 (x=0~1.0) nanoparticles were fabricated by sol-gel technique. The microstructure and magnetic properties was investigated by XRD and VSM, respectively. The experimental results show that with increasing Cr doping contents no obvisous change occours in the specific saturation magnetization σs when x≤0.4, decreses when x>0.4 and reached to maximum at x=0.2, while coercivity Hc decreases when x<0.5. This feature is favorable to magnetic recording. Moreover, influence of Cr substitution on Hopkinson effect was studied.
