摘要
以两种不同孔隙率的疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维膜组件研究了从CO2/空气混合气中用NaOH吸收CO2时传质系数的差异,分析了表面孔隙率对膜吸收过程传质性能的影响,并进一步讨论了膜孔隙率对膜吸收器设计的影响.
Membrane absorption processes are a novel technology for replacing conventional techniques for flue gas cleaning. When two kinds of hollow fiber membrane (HFM), which have different surface porosity, were used in the experiments under various operation conditions, it was found that the actual mass transfer area is not equal to the total area of the HFM wall. The influence of the surface porosity was analyzed in this study and the results correctly express the real mass transfer capacity of the HFM contactors.
