健脾理气法防治肝癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Spleen-Nourishing and Qi-Regulating Therapy for Liver Cancer

综述了近年健脾理气法在防治肝癌中临床应用情况,如相关药物出现频率、运用规律、疗效情况等,认为脾虚气滞是肝癌的常见基本证,健脾理气法是临床防治肝癌的常用治法;从相关实验研究来论述该法对免疫系统、预防肝癌发生及转移、复发等方面的作用。建议肝癌临床研究及疗效评价体系应不断客观化与标准化,对健脾理气中药机理研究应多方位、多靶点深入开展。

This paper retrospectively studies the application frequency, administration law and curative effect of Chinese materia medica functioning to nourish spleen and regulate qi in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer. Liver cancer is often of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, hence the frequent treatment method is to nourish spleen and regulate qi. Experimental researches have showed the action of this therapy in immune system and its prevention of liver cancer occurrence and its metastasis and relapse. It is also suggested that clinical research and the assessment of curative effect should be further objectified and standardized to study the herbal mechanisms at many directions and levels.
