摘要
以杂交水稻亲本V20B为材料,研究了外源GA3和ABA对杂交水稻种子萌发的影响.结果表明,外源GA3质量浓度为50~110mg/L时能明显促进种子萌发,而ABA质量浓度为70~110mg/L时则明显抑制种子萌发.生理生化检测表明,GA3和ABA对种子萌发过程中α-淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和植物激素含量变化都有不同程度的影响.
With seeds of hybrid rice parent line V20B used as experimental material,the study is focused on the effect of exogenous GA3 and ABA on germination of hybrid rice seeds.The results showed that seed germination was significantly promoted by 50~110 mg/L GA3,but was restrained by 70~110 mg/L ABA.Physiological and biochemical analysis indicated that α-amylases activity,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,and phytohormones were affected in different degrees by exogenous GA3 and ABA during seed germination.
