摘要
随着橡胶支座的广泛应用,桥梁橡胶支座的产品质量、使用寿命和老化已成为工程界十分关注的技术问题。本文根据近几年发生的多起公路桥梁橡胶支座质量事故,从橡胶支座的产品质量、支座的设计和橡胶支座的选用、布置、安装检查与维护等方面进行了分析,并指出了影响橡胶支座使用寿命的诸多因素及应用对策。
Along with the wide application of rubber bearings,their quality,service life and aging have drawn extensive attention.From the lessons learned from the quality accidents of rubber bearing,problems in design and quality control,selection and installation,inspection and maintenance are discussed,and factors influencing the service lifetime of rubber bearings and countermeasures of application investigated.
