摘要
以芦丁为观测指标,差示分光光度法测定桑叶总黄酮化合物的含量,以控制桑叶的品质。在420nm波长下,芦丁对照品在2.575-15.450μg/mL范围内,差示吸收值(△A)与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),回归方程为△A=0.0055+0.03579C,平均加样回收率为102.64%,RSD为1.08%(n=6)。差示分光光度法具有操作简单、结果真实准确、重现性好等优点,可作为桑叶品质控制检测方法。
The total flavonoids from mulberry folium were determined by differential spectrophotometry at 420nm with lutin as index. The regression equation within the range of 2. 575-15. 450μg/mL, is △A = 0. 0055 + 0. 03579C with a good linearity(r=.0. 9997). The average recovery is 102. 64% with RSD of 1. 08%(n = 6). The method is simple,reliable and suitable for the quality control of mulberry folium.
