摘要
卷叶病毒(GLRV)的侵染,导致酿酒葡萄叶片的叶绿素含量降低,气孔导度下降和细胞间隙CO2浓度升高,最终表现为叶片光合速率降低。荧光叶绿素测定进一步说明,病毒的侵染抑制了光系统Ⅱ的光化学反应,最大光化学效率下降。
The invasion of GLRV reduce the chlorophyll content in laminas of vintage grape, decline the stomatal conductance, increase CO2 concentration in intercellular space, and result in the reduction of lamina photosynthesis velocity. The fluorescence chlorophyll measurement showed that the invasion of virus inhabit the photochemistry reaction of Photoreaction System II and reduce the most photochemistry reaction efficiency.
