摘要
利用刚塑性有限元法建立带钢立轧/平轧的三维连轧模型,并针对宝钢2050热连轧机组实际轧制时各种工艺条件下的板带宽展进行了研究。根据研究所得的宽展规律,采用有限元分析与解析计算相结合的方法,建立了适合宝钢2050粗轧区带钢宽展计算的快速仿真模型。将该快速仿真系统运用于宝钢2050粗轧区实际模拟轧制几千块带钢,结果表明仿真计算结果与现场的实测值吻合很好。
A 3D model for vertical/horizontal strip rolling was built by a rigid-plastic FEM to investigate the rolling spread rule under different technologies on Baosteel 2050 hot rolling mill. Based on the spread rule obtained,a fast simulation spread model for 2050 hot strip roughing trains at Baosteel has been established by combining the finite element analysis and analytical model. The simulation results were in good agreement with the measured values for thousands of strips rolled on 2050 hot roughing trains.
