摘要
企业文化测量是企业文化理论和实践发展亟待深入研究的前沿课题。本文通过对前人研究成果的回顾和整理,分析了企业文化测量研究的主要内容和兴起的原因与背景,探讨了企业文化测量的演进趋势和路径。
Corporate culture measurement is the most advanced topic which needs to be further researched urgently in the field of corporate culture theory and practice. In this thesis, we review the former research achievements, analyze the rising of corporate culture measurement research as well as its main contents and background, and discusse its evolvement trend and path.
