现阶段我国农村公共品①供给赖以依存的制度变迁和农村公共品供给短缺的现实,要求对农村公共品供给的"政府主导"模式进行改革;农村公共品供给的"市场诱导",是现阶段我国农村公共品供给制度创新中政府行为的理性选择。
The paper focuses on the analysis of system changes of China rural public products' supply,the current situation of rural public products shortage as well as its'government-oriented' mode.We hold that 'market inducement' is a rational choice for the government behavior in the system innovation of China rural public products' supply nowadays.
