摘要 下一代工厂布局模式应具有高柔性、模块化和易于可重构性,柔性设备布局适应市场的动态需求。在对车间布局设计方法分析基础上,分析了现代制造系统中的单元布局、分布式布局、可重构布局及鲁棒性布局的布局逻辑,目标函数及求解算法,并对未来车间设备布局模式进行了展望。 The next generation layouts should be flexible, modular and reconfigurable. Flexible facilities layout can satisfy dynamic market demand. The logic methods, objectives and algorithms of cell layout, distributed layout, reconfigurable layout and robust layout were analyzing based on the traditional design methods of shop floor layout. The model of future facility layout was expected.
