摘要
目的探讨高龄人工股骨头置换术围手术期的治疗方法。方法对68例高龄人工股骨头置换术围手术期的治疗方法及措施进行归纳分析,对术前、术中及术后的治疗方法进行归纳。结果68例病人有2例出现肺部感染,3例术后出现低血钾。没有高血压危象、脑血管意外及严重心律失常、切口感染、血栓形成及脂肪栓塞等并发症。结论术前充分准备,术中操作得当及术后有效功能锻炼与护理,能有效降低并发症发生率。
Objective To study the method of the artificial thigh bone permutation perioperatively for advanced age. Methods 68 advanced age case of artificial thingh bone permutation perioperatively were analyzed before operation, during operation and post operation. Results Among 68 cases , 2 cases catched pulmonary infection,3 cases hypokalemia. There was no complication of incisional infectin, thrombosis and fat embolism. Conclusion Sufficient preparation before opertion, functional exercise and nursing after operation may reduce complications of the artificial thigh bone permutation in advanced age.[
