可诱导共刺激分子及其与哮喘的关系
Relationship of Inducible Co-stimulate Molecule and Asthma
摘要
可诱导共刺激分子(ICOS)与其相应受体结合所产生的共刺激信号在调节T细胞活化及细胞因子分泌中起重要作用。深入了解ICOS共刺激信号在哮喘发病中的作用,将有助于阐明哮喘的发病机制,为临床哮喘的治疗开辟新途径。该文就ICOS的特性、ICOS与哮喘的关系及临床应用前景作一综述。
