摘要
在酸催化作用下,采用尿素和异丁醛进行反应,合成了异丁叉二脲。异丁叉二脲可以做为饲料添加剂和长效肥料,通过实验确定了最佳反应条件:温度为64~68℃,pH值为3,n(异丁醛)∶n(尿素)为1:2.异丁叉二脲的收率可达98.4%,纯度可达97.1%。
The Isobutylidene Diurea (IBDU) is synthesized based on urea and isobutyraldehyde using acid as catalyst.IBDU can be used as feed additive and long-term fertilizer.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained by experimental design:reaction temperature is 64~68℃,the pH value is 3,the molar ratio of isobutyraldehyde to urea is 1:2.The yield of IBDU can be reached 98.4%, and the purity can reach 97.1%?
