玻璃酸钠注射液粘度测定及其计算方法的比较

Viscosity Measurements of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection and Comparison Calculation for Intrinsic Viscosity

目的:采用日本药典、欧洲药典及中国药典方法对玻璃酸钠注射液进行特性粘数的测定并计算。结论:日本药局方及欧洲药典对特性粘数的测定及计算方法较中国药典严谨,但中国药典的一点法能快速解决生产上测定溶液的特性粘数的要求。

Objective:Intrinsic viscosity of Sodium Hyaluronate was measured by Ubbelohde viscometer and calculated using JP,ChP and EP methods for intrinsic viscosity.Conclusion:The measurement and calculation of intrinsic viscosity by JP and EP are more rigid than that by ChP,but the method of ChP is fast,simple and is propitious to manufacture.
