普通高校体育选项课发展现状的研究

Research on the Development of the Elective Courses in Higher Education

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和归纳法,论述了我国普通高校体育选项课产生的背景和现状,探讨了存在的问题,提出了对策与建议:1)加快体育场地及设施建设;充分利用现有体育场地和其它可利用资源;租借社会体育场馆和加强体育场馆的有偿服务。2)挖掘教师的潜力、选派教师进修和引进校外教师资源;教师挂牌竞争上岗,学生择优选课,将教师全面推向体育教学"市场"。3)重视健身理论知识的传授,改革选项课开设的年限,落实选修课的开设。4)改革考核与评价制度。

With the combination of the documentary analysis, investigation and interview, statistics analysis, and logical analysis, this research explores the background and the current situation which generated the elective courses in higher education in China and discusses the existing problems. Accordingly several strategy and suggestions were proposed as follows: 1) accelerate the construction of the sports facilities and equipments, make full use of present sports ground and other available resources, rent the stadium resources from the society; 2) exert teachers' potential competence, send the excellent teachers to participate in the teaching training, employ the teaching resources outside the colleges; teachers compete for the fixed teaching position, and students has the right to choose the good courses, thereby put the teachers into the 'market' of PE teaching; 3) draw on the instruction related to the fitness knowledge, reform the year limits of setting up elective courses, and implement the establishment of the elective courses; 4) reform the system of examination and evaluation.
