摘要
成功建立实验性高血脂小鼠模型,观察超临界萃取的总VE、α-VE和总VE+α-VE对机体抗氧化,体重,粪脂及血脂水平的影响。结果表明,模型建立45d后,摄入VE的小鼠,其血清中TC,LDL-C和AI,均显著下降。超临界萃取的总VE和α-VE的混合样可以显著降低血清和肝脏TC以及肝系数。结论表明总VE和α-VE可以降低血脂水平,降低LDL-C调节胆固醇的吸收率,增加脂质的排泄,从而起到明显降血脂,预防动脉硬化形成的效果。
The mechanisms of V_E prepared with supercritical CO_2 extract, α-V_E , and V_E +α-V_E on preventing experimental hyperlipidemia were studied. The results show that the V_E can dramatically reduce the blood TC, LDL-C, and AI, and that V_E +α-V_E can dramatically reduce blood TC, liver TC, and liver coefficient. It indicates that V_E prepared with supercritical CO_2 extract and α-V_E can reduce blood lipid level, efficiently interfere the formation of hyperlipidemia.
