脊柱术后患者应用外固定支具的护理体会

Clinical application of brace in spine surgery

目的探讨外固定支具在脊柱内固定术后康复过程中的临床应用。方法对88例行脊柱融合内固定术后应用外固定支具固定的患者均进行支具佩戴前宣教和下肢活动训练,同时讲解佩戴和卸取的具体方法、佩戴支具的注意事项、佩戴后正确的上(下)床方法及支具的保养等。结果本组均达到固定和矫正的目的,应用支具辅助后患者均能早期下床活动,疗效满意,未发生护理并发症。结论脊柱外固定支具具有良好的固定功效,增加了脊柱的稳定性,缩短了卧床时间,提高了手术疗效。

Objective To investigate the application of instrument in the rehabilitation of spine fusion after internal fixation.Methods Eighty-eight cases of spine fusion with internal fixation were used instrument. Detail procedures of wearing and dismantle, the methods of wearing instrument, limb strength improvement before going around, the special things should paya attention to, the right way to go to or off the bed, preservation of instrument were performed.Results The aim of orthopedic and external fixation of instrument was reached, patients who wearing the supporting instrument were able to go around early and the treatment effect of instrument was perfect without any caring contraindication.Conclusion Instrument plays an important role in improving treatment effect and shortens the time of in-bed due to its good external fixation and increment of stability of spine.
