摘要
用双酚化合物和苯甲酸钠为反应单体,通过甲醛进行缩合,制备了一种自析粉体鞣剂.通过正交实验确定了合成这种缩合物的最佳条件:n(双酚化合物)∶ n(苯甲酸钠)∶ n(甲醛)=(0.5~0.8)∶ (0.8~1.0)∶ (0.8~1.0),缩合温度85~100 ℃,反应时间6~10 h,用NaOH调节pH=7.5~8.0.通过红外光谱仪确定了甲醛在反应中有交联作用,用凝胶色谱法测定了产物的重均相对分子质量为480.48,通过有机元素分析推测出合成产物分子式为HO-C6H4-SO2-C6H3(OH)-CH2-C6H4-COONa.将其应用于制革,表明该合成物作为复鞣剂使用,成革的收缩温度为78 ℃,各项检测指标符合行业标准,有明显主鞣效果.
A powder tanning agent was prepared with bisphenol compound,sodium benzoate and formaldehyde in mole ratio (0.5~0.8)∶(0.8~1.0)∶(0.8~1.0) at 85~100 ℃ for 6~10 h,adjusting the pH=7.5~8.0 with sodium hydroxide.Formaldehyde is proved to have crosslinking action by infrared spectroscopy and the weight average molecular weight was 480.48 as determined by gel chromatography.The molecular formula is derived as HO—C_6H_4—SO_2—C_6H_3(OH)—CH_2—C_6H_4—COONa.Applying the sample to tanning,the shrinkage temperature is 78 ℃ and other items also accord with the standards.
