家蚕雌蛾冷藏产卵试验 被引量:7

AN EXPERIMENT OF OVIPOSITION OF COLD-STORED FEMALE MOTHS OF DOMESTICATED SILKWORM (BOMBYX MORI)

摘要 养蚕制种时雌雄蛾交配往往会出现对交亲本羽化时间不同步的情况。生产上主要依靠在种茧保护期通过对温湿度的调节或对雄蛾进行冷藏来达到对交目的,但有时由于对交批次在数量和时间上相差太大,形成雌蛾提前大批涌出无雄蛾可用或因雄蛾交配能力差不能二交而缺乏雄蛾,给蚕种生产带来较大的损失。对此一般蚕种场的做法是将雌蛾静置待第二日交配产卵,这样做会出现雌蛾未交配大量产不受精卵和产卵前死亡。针对上述情况,2005年春季我们进行了雌蛾的冷藏产卵试验,结果表明雌蛾冷藏完全可行,并有部分品种在产卵上较正常雌蛾交配产卵优。 In silkworm egg production, asynchronized eclosion of male and female moths occasionally occurs. In production, temperature regulation of the cocoon or cold-storage of male moths are mainly adopted to realize a timely mating. However, considerable losses often happen due to a great gap in amounts and time of the emerged patches. Another measure to solve the problem is to let the eclosed female moths alones until the next day when mating is performed. But a great number of the eggs lain are unfertilized. In a study made in the spring of 2005, the eclosed female moths were kept at 5℃ for 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours before mating. The results showed that such a measure was feasible and the treated moths of some races performed better in oviposition than the normal females.
