由于当代科学技术的一体化和当代科学的功用性和实践性特征的发展,技术的介入既是科学研究的需要,也成为当代科学活动的主要目的。在此背景下,通过对技术在当代科学活动中的决定性作用的分析,文章认为当代科学是依赖技术的科学;并指出,引进和发展先进技术是不发达国家推进科学事业的必由之路。

Because of unity of contemporary science and the development of technology's function and practicality,the intervention of technology is becoming the main purpose of contemporary science as well as the need of sientifical research. After analysing the determinative operation of technology in contemporary science, the article points out that contemporary science is the science depending on technology, and it is the the only way for the undeveloped countries to introduce and develop advanced technology to push on their science.
