摘要
以柠檬酸、乳酸及金属盐为原料,采用有机凝胶法制备了微细金属镍纤维、氧化铝纤维和氧化镁纤维.纤维的直径可以<1μm,组成纤维的晶粒在100nm以下.通过FTIR、XRD、DSC和SEM对纤维前驱体凝胶的结构、热分解过程及热处理产物的形貌进行了表征,并对其形貌的可控性进行了初步探索.试验结果表明有机凝胶法是一种很有前途的微细纳米结构纤维制备方法.
Metallic nickel, alumina, magnesia fibres were prepared respectively by the organic-gel method from the raw materials of citric or lactic acid and their metal salts. The fibres featured with diameters of less than 1 mu m and fine crystalline particles of less than 100nm were obtained. The structure, thermo-decomposition process and surface morphologies of the fibres derived from thermal decomposition of the gel precursors were characterized by FTIR,XRD,DSC and SEM. The designability of fibrous textures was discussed as well. The experimental results indicate that the organic-gel method can be a promising process for preparation of micrometer fibres composed of nano-structured crystalline particles.
