马克思主义视角对雇佣契约关系的思考

A Research on Labor Contract Based on Marxism

现代企业理论以契约概念作为对厂商组织的解释,奈特、科斯、西蒙被公认为交易成本经济学中厂商制度理论的三位奠基人物,本文对其有关企业内雇佣契约的基本理论观点进行再思考,指出其理论的开创意义以及需要进一步发展的地方,最后从马克思主义的视角对这些问题进行了阐述,指出马克思的雇佣理论依然具有一定的现实启示意义。

Modern firm theory explains the nature of firm with the concept of contract. The paper discusses some basic theoretical issues concerning labor contract after tracing the development and achievements of the labor contract theories by Night, Coase and Simon, who are well known for their research in these fields. Finally the paper studies these issues from Marxist perspective and points out that Marxist labour theory is still instructive.
