摘要
双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和银染色法能检测出4—10月间田间生长的柑桔枝叶中的裂皮病类病毒。
The two-dimensional electrophoretic and silver staining method were used for rapid diagnosis on citrus exocortis viroid (CEV). The best period to assay field samples lasts from May to October. The leaves and barkes grown at about 30℃ for two to three monthes are easier for de- tecting CEV.
