摘要
主要以粉末冶金制造的直齿轮产品为主题进行精度之探讨。试验结果证实,粉末变化率越大,则齿形压力角变化的程度也越大,亦即齿形压力角越来越小。因此,通过对模具齿形压力角的修整,可以使粉末冶金齿轮在制造过程中所产生的齿形误差获得相当的补偿。
The main objective of this study refers to the conditions of practical powder metallurgy process, and proceeding of experiments and gear accuracy measurement. The results show that the pressure angle changes with the dimensional change of compact. The greater the dimensional change of compact, the greater the change of pressure angle. An ideal amendment to the parameters of tools can compensate gears for surface deviations resulted from the powder metallurgy process.
