本文针对A32、A36船板开发过程中存在的钢中夹杂偏多、宽冷弯不合格、厚度出格等问题,从冶炼和轧制两方面找出了主因,采取了有效措施,A32、A36船板开发得到成功,并通过中国、德国、挪威、法国、美国、日本和英国七国船级社的认可。

Based on the facts that during development of A32 and A36 ship Plate,there are problems of much inclusions in the steel ,nonconformance in width cold-bending and thickness out of tolerance,etc. ,main causes are identified in terms of melting and rolling and effective measures are taken,so successful development of A32 and A36 ship plate is obtained. Meanwhile,certifications are obtained from seven shipping classification associations of China,Germany,Norway,France,USA, Japan and U.K.
