摘要
以武汉理工大学图书馆人力资源管理为例,阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆人力资源管理必须重视图书馆活动中人的因素,以实现人力资源的优化配置,赢取竞争的优势。
Taking the management of the human resources of the library of Wuhan University of technology as an example, this paper expounds that the human resources management under the network environment must lay stress on the factor of the people in library's activities for the purpose of realizing the optimized configuration of the human resources and obtaining the superiorities of the competition.
