Discussion on the Construction Cost Control from the Angle of the Contract Management

叙述了总价合同模式、单价合同模式、成本加酬金合同模式的特点及其在工程实际中的使用情况,分析了选择合同模式对控制工程造价的重要性,同时通过分析合同管理中影响工程造价的若干因素,提出了相应的解决措施。

This paper describes the features of the total price contract model, the unit price contract model and the cost plus remuneration contract model and their application in the engineering practice, analyzes on the importance of the selection of the contract model on the control of the construction cost, and through analyzing on some factors in the management of the contract influencing the construction cost, puts forward corresponding solving measures.
