摘要
将道家“无为而治”的哲学智慧运用于现代企业管理,主要含义有四:一是在企业决策上,要“有所为,有所不为”;二是在企业用人上,要“有所为,有所不为”;三是在企业家行为上,要“顺其自然”有所为,“逆其自然”有所不为;四是在市场竞争中,要“有所为,有所不为”。“无为而治”是一种以最小的领导行为获取最大的管理效果的高超管理艺术。
As to the application of Taoist “governing by doing nothing that goes against nature” in modern enterprise management, it has four connotations: First, “do-something, not-to-do-something” in decision-making. Second, “do-something, not-to-do-something” in supervision. Third, “accommodate with the environment”, “do-something”; “oppose to the environment”, “not-to-do-something” in supervision conduct. Last, “do-something, not-to-do-something” in market competition. Finally, “do-nothing management” is a kind of lofty management art, which obtains the maximum management achievement with the minimal supervision conduct.
