摘要
介绍了铸造过程CAD/CAE/CAM一沐化技术的主要内容;论述了基于通用三维CAD软件平台进行二次开发, 建立三维铸造工艺CAD系统,以得到基于铸造工艺基本特征的统一的数据模型,从而实现CAD/CAE/CAM之间信息共享的途径。实践表明,一体化技术能有效地应用于铸造模具的设计、模拟分析与制造过程,服务于实际铸件生产。
This paper introduced the main contents of casting process CAD/CAE/CAM integrated technology and discussed an approach which provides uniform model between CAD/CAE/CAM by secondary developing based on 3D software platform to build up 3D geometry of casting process. Applications show that the integrated technology can be used effectively in casting die designing, analyzing, manufacturing and actual casting producing process.
