摘要
本文用小麦幼苗材料,采用溶液培养方法,研究镉和铅对小麦某些生理性状的影响。结果表明:重金属铅(Pb)和镉(Cd)的复合胁迫对小麦叶片组织中SOD酶产生强烈的抑制作用;对POD酶开始产生抑制,之后的3~8天内活性一直增加;对CAT酶表现为抑制,之后活性增强,而最后呈活性下降趋势。
The study was conducted to investigate effects of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) on protective enzyme system of wheat.Cd and Pb are main pollutants among toxic heavy metals to wheat.A series of experiments were carried out and the result indicated that effects of Cd and Pb multiple stresses on characteristics of wheat occurred in different growth and development stages,the main results were observed as follows:1)The strong restraining to SOD enzyme of wheat; 2)the restraining to POD in beginning and recover in 3~8 days;3)the restraining to CAT in beginning and recovering later.
