外固定架治疗复杂开放性骨折的应用技术探讨

Application of external fixation for complicated open fracture

[目的]探讨半环式外固定架在治疗复杂开放性骨折中的临床应用设计理念和装置技术。[方法]选取胫腓骨、肱骨、尺桡骨等骨折共156例,损伤程度按Gustilo分类均为2～3度开放性骨折,手术采用小切口、内外联合固定技术,术后分别随访6～18个月。[结果]术后4～6个月,骨折临床愈合率达97.07%,骨延迟愈合3例,骨折未愈2例。[结论]外固定架在治疗复杂开放性骨折方面有其特殊优势,只要技术应用合理,效果满意。

[Objective] To study the clinical application of the external fixation in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture. [Method] A total of 156 cases suffered from multiple segmental fractures were treated with external fixations. The clinical outcome was reviewed and evaluated. [Result] The bone-union rate was 97.07%, with an healing time of 4-6 months. The excellent and good rate was 96.79%. [Conclusion] The external fixation has special advantages to treat multiple segmental fracture if the operating technique is reasonable.
