摘要
循环水弱酸处理作为一种有效的循环冷却水处理方式,能够大幅度提高循环水的浓缩倍率,大量节约工业用水,但对于采用湿除灰方式的电厂,只有根据水质特性、系统水平衡以及季节变化对运行工况进行有效调整,才能充分发挥其综合节水效益。对山东邹县发电厂2×60 0 MW机组的循环水弱酸处理系统的运行方式及经济性进行了分析,并探讨了利用该系统提高节水降耗效果的途径。
As an effective means of circulating cooling water treatment,circulating water weak acid treatment could greatly increase the concentration rate and save large amount of industrial water.But for power plant using wet ash hanndling,only by adjusting operation mode based on water quality,water balance of system and seasons could fully accomplish comprehensive water saving,therefore analysis is made on operation mode and economic benefit of 2×600 MW units and made study on how to save water and reduce consumption.
